Hug Me, Fill My Right Side:
Left side of my chest occupied, right side abandoned, no feeling at all.
Hug me,
Hold me with the tender love I require,
Let our right halves get when they desire.
Open your arms, let me walk in to you,
Hold me in your arms, let me feel warm by you.
Hold my heart on your right side,
Let our sweet affections abide together.
Left side heart, right side nigh, because of this fact I often sigh.
Often times, I miss your hug,
Often times, I miss your love,
Often times, I wish for what was.
Opened your arms, once let me walk in to you,
Held me in your arms, once let me feel your warmth,
Held my heart in your special right side,
Our sweet affections once abided together.
I miss you, I miss your life, but one thing makes me feel alright:
I know you're in heaven,
I know you're with God,
I know you're singing with angles,
Basking in Holy love.
But I will admit, I long to feel you one more time, I know if the choice was mine....
I'd open my arms one more time, let you walk in to me,
Hold you in my arms, let you feel my warmth,
Hold your heart in my right side,
For one last time, let our sweet affections abide.
If I could stop time, go back to then I promise that I would forever fill... You're right side.
