New FFA CTF Server! nl.

Here is a new server located in nl. tnx to zkyp. I tried it today, its quite good. Very recommended!

I want to see if people still care enough for some real CTF. I hope so, games are so much more fun when you actually get backup and have teamplay going. If not, no big loss - just a few euro's.
Cheaters: I didn't turn on UTDC. Oh and I removed antchecker aswell, just like on the other servers - so you guys can play here, nps. If you are found cheating, someone might have some fun with your IP. ;--------)
