Oh I have not even heard our song. Is it really that terrible? Oh and I am sure the performance was shit. The No Angels aren't famous for great live shows as far as I know. We've always sent the wrong people there. |

I think i would bring an order in that school. I wouldn't let anyone kick my ass there... no way.. I am waiting Robie to see this too ;D This is simillar to our school beating us with tests and u cannot save urself from that. |

I can tell you a very misterious story about this song.
But you can only understand, if you understand German.
Around 4:13 the children sing "all in all... bla bla", but it sounds like they're singing "Hol ihn, hol ihn unter's dach", what is german.
It's a little hard to translate it into english, but "hol ihn" means something like
call him or bring him here.
"Unter's dach" means under the roof, so it means the loft, under a house's top.
And here it comes: Peter Fischer, a german sound engineer has mixed/recorded that song 1979 alone in only one night and after that he was lost.
He did the final job before it's been released though. Some days later he was found on the loft of the studio. He did hang himself.
There are some other stories which exist.
But i don't think that all happend by chance.

so if i understood well..this guy made themixin for pink floyd and then he hung himself or made the song in german lyrics and then hang himself the way the song says?

He did the final work, mixing, editing and that stuff before the single's release. It is NOT german, what the kiddies sing, but it sounds like that when you are german and listen to the song. After he got his job done, he hung himself as the kids sing it.

i love pink floyd...and think that mixing of their music is a sin...it is like someone is mixing stariway to heaven in somekind of techno remix-as moby did...bastard (despite i like him). Some songs can not be remixed! but yes...a bit creepy video
